Description

Standard series in X arrangement for all unmachined mounting surfaces, optionally also available as HIRES type. The HG ball bearing guide is the first choice for rail pairs and can optimally compensate for slight height differences. With our SynchMotion™ technology (ball chain), the HG series becomes a QH linear guideway - for higher travel speeds, extended relubrication intervals and improved synchronuous performance with lower running noise. You can find the right block under the accessories for the respective profile rail or directly under the menu item Blocks. Alternatively, you can configure your HG/QH linear guideway directly in our product configurator. CAD data and technical drawings are also available for download here. High block. To fasten your adjacent structure from above. Low block. To fasten your adjacent structure from above. Flange block. To fasten your adjacent structure from above or below. If a linear guideway system is subjected to excessive loads or impacts during movement or at a standstill, localised permanent deformation occurs between the track and balls. As soon as this permanent deformation exceeds a certain level, it affects smooth operation of the guideway. According to its basic definition, the static load rating corresponds to a static load that causes permanent deformation of 0.0001 × ball diameter at the contact point that is loaded the most. The values are given in the tables for each linear guideway system. Using these tables, the designer can select a suitable linear guideway system. The maximum static load to which a linear guideway system is subjected must not exceed the static load rating.
