Flange nuts are the most commonly used nuts in ballscrews. They are easy to mount over the flange and take up little space outside the application. The flange includes a grease nipple which can be used to lubricate the ballscrew using a grease gun or a central lubrication system. Single nuts with rolled shafts are used for simple transport tasks. They are designed with axial play as standard. The named properties apply to all ballscrews we manufacture. If nuts and shafts are purchased separately and assembled by the customer, different properties may result.
