Description

Roller guide with cover strip, for heavy-duty applications with the highest requirements in terms of load capacity and torque load capacity. The available cover strip minimises the installation effort required to close the mounting holes as well as dirt ingress and wear on the sealing lip. The cover strip can be fitted in just a few simple steps thanks to the installation aid. You can find the right block under the accessories for the respective profile rail or directly under the menu item Block. Alternatively, you can also configure your CRG linear guide directly in our product configurator. CAD data and technical drawings are also available for download here. High block. To fasten your adjacent structure from above. Flange block. To fasten your adjacent structure from above or below. If a linear guideway system is subjected to excessive loads or impacts during movement or at a standstill, localised permanent deformation occurs between the track and balls. As soon as this permanent deformation exceeds a certain level, it affects smooth operation of the guideway. According to its basic definition, the static load rating corresponds to a static load that causes permanent deformation of 0.0001 × ball diameter at the contact point that is loaded the most. The values are given in the tables for each linear guideway system. Using these tables, the designer can select a suitable linear guideway system. The maximum static load to which a linear guideway system is subjected must not exceed the static load rating.
