Description

DATORKER® strain wave gears feature high precision, high efficiency, high torsional stiffness and low starting torques. They are widely used in robotics, automation technology, semiconductor technology, machine tools and many other industries. DATORKER® DSC/DSH are widely used in many industrial and medical sectors. With or without hollow shaft, journal and output bearing, the compact gear units are available in a wide range of series and reduction ratios. From sealed strain wave gears to gearboxes with direct motor attachment - select the right series for your requirements here. CAD data and technical drawings are available for download. With large hollow shaft, ideal for moving axes. DATORKER® DSH-PH with integrated, tilt-resistant crossed roller output bearing are equipped with a hollow shaft with bearings for feeding through supply lines, shafts or cables for further drive systems. The crossed roller bearing integrated in the gearbox can withstand axial and radial loads, and the strain wave gear also features excellent precision and zero backlash. Available in five sizes with reduction ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160, the DSH-PH series achieves repeatable peak torques of up to 353 Nm.
