Flange nuts are the most commonly used nuts in ballscrews. They are easy to mount over the flange and take up little space outside the application. The flange includes a grease nipple which can be used to lubricate the ballscrew using a grease gun or a central lubrication system. HIWIN DEB-x flanged single nuts with peeled shaft are particularly suitable for transport and positioning tasks. They are typically equipped with a cassette recirculation system and come with axial backlash as standard, but can also be preloaded with up to 5% of the basic dynamic load rating if required. Thanks to the variable wiper concept of the DEB-x nuts, different wipers are available depending on the nut size.
