HIWIN linear axes with toothed belt drive enable high travel speeds and long travel distances. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options (such as a steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional slides in various sizes), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements. Bridge axes with toothed belt drive are equipped with a closed aluminium profile and external HIWIN double guide in O-arrangement. This makes the bridge axes particularly torsionally rigid and sized for maximum torque loads. Thanks to the toothed belt drive, the bendable positioning modules are particularly suitable for applications where high feed forces and high speeds are required.
