DATORKER® DGC/DGH Heavy Load are widely used in many heavy-duty applications such as machine tools, grinding machines, machining centres and industrial robots. With or without hollow shaft, journal and output bearing, the compact and powerful gear units are available in a wide range of series and reduction ratios. Compared to the proven standard series, they have up to 30% more torque. With the same form factor, the Heavy Load DATORKER® therefore has significantly more power. DATORKER® DGC-CO without output bearing, with shaft mounting are limited to the essentials with only three components and are therefore particularly light and compact. They have the highest torque capacities and outstanding precision. They are connected using an Oldham coupling, which can compensate for radial misalignment. Available in five sizes with reduction ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160, the DGC-CO series achieves repeatable peak torques of up to 484 Nm.
