DATORKER® strain wave gears feature high precision, high efficiency, high torsional stiffness and low starting torques. They are widely used in robotics, automation technology, semiconductor technology, machine tools and many other industries.
DATORKER® DGC/DGH Heavy Load are widely used in many heavy-duty applications such as machine tools, grinding machines, machining centres and industrial robots. With or without hollow shaft, journal and output bearing, the compact and powerful gear units are available in a wide range of series and reduction ratios. Compared to the proven standard series, they have up to 30% more torque. With the same form factor, the Heavy Load DATORKER® therefore has significantly more power. Select the right series for your requirements here. CAD data and technical drawings are available for download.
With large hollow shaft, ideal for moving axes. DATORKER® DGH-PH with integrated, tilt-resistant crossed roller output bearing are equipped with a hollow shaft with bearings for feeding through supply lines, shafts or cables for further drive systems. The crossed roller bearing integrated into the gearbox can withstand axial and radial loads, and the strain wave gear also features excellent precision and zero backlash. Available in five sizes with reduction ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120 and 160, the DGH-PH series achieves repeatable peak torques of up to 484 Nm.
