The T800K Digital Electro-Hydraulic (DEH) Turbine Control System is based on HOLLiAS MACS-K hardware. It features the high-speed K-CU02 and K-CU03 controllers, DEH-specific servo modules, speed measurement modules, and fast CAN bus communication. Our DEH control system ensures that speed and acceleration feedback cycles are under 30ms, meeting the demands of grid operations and various conditions, and guaranteeing safe and efficient performance. Certified by CE, G3 anti-corrosion, and CCS (China Classification Society), our product stands for quality and reliability. Features Advanced Speed Measurement Our DEH-specific speed measurement module (3-out-of-2) utilizes cutting-edge fully digital circuits to generate primary frequency modulation. Paired with our servo module, it ensures rapid and precise adjustments. Efficient Configuration Featuring built-in fast DP (redundant) and CAN (redundant) buses, our system employs an independent high-speed CAN bus communication loop for primary frequency modulation, ensuring ultra-fast response times. Fast Main Control Our controller operates with an IEC minimum cycle time of just 10ms, meeting the stringent quick-response requirements of ultra-supercritical units. Efficient Hydraulic Control Our hydraulic control system includes an independent high-pressure 14MPa control oil source, integrating actuator control into the servo system. This enables actuator response times of under 0.3s, ensuring rapid and reliable performance.
