Tailored for smaller-scale QC testing scenarios, this benchtop four-port sensor switch unit is ideal for rapid QC testing in production lines with Hot Disk® instruments. It also allows for smooth multiple-point QC testing or R&D measurements over large sample/component areas. The switch unit comes with four sensor ports for Hot Disk®, Hot Strip™ or Hot Cell™ sensors. All four sensor ports are paired with individual PT100 temperature sensor ports. The switch unit is connected to the Hot Disk®/Hot Strip™/Hot Cell™ sensor input of a Hot Disk® instrument via an interface cable (with 8-pin Lemo connectors, both males), which is included. In addition, a corresponding interface cable (with 4-pin Lemo connectors, both males), is included and connected to the PT100 temperature sensor input of the Hot Disk® instrument. The sensor switch unit is controlled automatically by the Hot Disk Desktop App over USB communication (a USB cable is included). The active port is indicated in the Hot Disk Desktop App.
