Description

Chiller shell and tube evaporators are specially designed for systems such as air conditioning systems, cooling systems, and heat pump machining. Its convenient maintenance, high heat transfer performance, is widely used in chemical processes, power plants, refrigeration machinery and other occasions. Please see above flooded evaporator diagram. Product Detail Chiller shell and tube evaporator 1. Accurate computer matching check, comprehensive optimization design, high heat transfer efficiency. Tested by the National Testing Center, the technical indicators have reached the international advanced level; 2. HCFC, HFC or other types of refrigerants can be used. 3. Adopting close-packed and reinforced technology, small volume, large heat exchange area, good heat transfer performance; 4. The heat exchange tube uses double-side strong tubes and has strong heat exchange capacity. Flooded shell and tube evaporator (heat exchange capacity from 18,900kcal/h to 56,700kcal/h) is made of high-efficiency double-side reinforced heat-exchange copper tubes, 20# steel and other high-quality materials, and is matched with Mitsubishi cabinet type air conditioner condensers for replacement and installation. Flooded evaporator chiller is very quick. Flooded type evaporator means water in tube side and refrigerant in shell side, in the heat transfer between liquid refrigerant and liquid refrigerant, the gaseous refrigerant directly enters the compressor, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency.
