The ACTEK® WKA - System is the assembly system that is ideal for windmill towers. It is a simple and fast system, where the cost reducing erection of a windmill is of great significance. You can reduce your assembly time with our ACTEK WKA hoist ring system. You can even increase your safety with the help of simple handling that is ensured by the use of high quality material with a heat treatment. The combination of these factors makes the device a compact unit with lightweight results. Each system is equipped with four WKA or SHR for the top flange and two WKA-B (patent pending) for the bottom flange. The system makes use of existing flange holes. The ACTEK hoist rings with a safety factor of 5:1 allow us to reach higher lifting capacities in all lifting angles. Fir each hoist ring, there are different lifting capacities that range from from 7000 (15400) to 31.500 kg (69.300 lbs.).
