J 1-2 PU suction and transport hose is packed with numerous features for a high degree of flow optimization. It is equipped with a spring steel spiral merged into its wall. The wall is 0.4 mm thick and hose's internal diameter is 25 mm - 305 mm. The wall is fashioned from ester-polyurethane. The hose has excellent resilience to germs, chemicals, hydrolysis, ozone and UV radiation. It is available in transparent form. The highlight of the hose is its high working temperature range. It can easily transport material that is at temperatures of -40 °C to +90 °C. It can even sustain a temperature up to +125 °C for a short period. It has high anti-abrasive properties as well. When the spiral is grounded, the hose can be used for electrostatic transport too. The hose is highly malleable and can be compressed to a ratio of 3:1. It displays a small bending radius and doesn't develop kinks even when bent. It is specially applicable in operations like dedusting/suctioning abrasive solids like dust, powder, chips, fibres, extraction/dust-collection in CNC machining areas.
