The J 4-1 is a durable silicone-fabricated hose that possesses an inside diameter ranging from 38 to 150mm. It is able to withstand a minimum working temperature of -70°C to +260°C and for shorter operational time, +280°C. It acts as a suction for welding fumes and a conveyor for heated granulates in feeding equipment. Generally, it is utilized in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Characterized by is dual layer and smooth interior, this hose perform excellent flow rates and is completely resistant to heat and cold. It is able to maintain good over pressure and vacuum tightness. The wall has a thickness of 3.5 mm and 5 mm.
