SLD-2 flow meter calibrator Application Areas SLD-2 flow meter calibrator is mainly used to calibrate Φ25, Φ32, Φ40, Φ50, Φ65, Φ80 horizontal surface water meters, angle surface water meters and various downhole flow meters used in oilfields. Features 1. The unit uses standard meter calibration method to calibrate downhole flow meter, which makes calibration speedy and precise. 2. Calibration of water meters utilizes cubage method. Photoelectrical liquid-level switch, whose response time is 1×10-6 second, is employed on standard container to check water level. Accuracy of measurement and control is only 0.05%. 3. Two-stage calibration standards are used. Class I standard is standard container and Class 2 is standard meter. Standard container can be used to calibrate standard meter to ensure accuracy of Class 2 standard. 4. PID real-time adjustment of system flow (variable frequency adjustment technology) makes system highly stable. 5. Modularized design of control circuit insures reliable performance and easy upgrade. 6. Human operation interface and system software can real time monitor the whole calibration procedures and process, inquire about and print calibration data. Techical Specifications 1.
