A new chapter in high-precision temperature control has been opened with the new Unistat generation. State-of-the-art technology has been added to the proven concept for even better temperature control performance. Unistat process thermostats impress with excellent thermodynamic properties and a range of functions to meet the highest demands. Unistats guarantee high-precision and reproducible temperature control results, short heat-up and cool-down times and large temperature ranges without inconvenient fluid changes. To ensure an optimum heat transfer, the units are equipped with a state-of-the-art, seal-free circulation pump featuring a magnetic coupling. The improved venting and degassing functions enable fast commissioning and trouble-free operation. The innovative Pilot ONE controller with 5.7" touchscreen colour display is used for operation. Important parameters can be seen at a glance and temperature curves are displayed graphically in real time. To provide comprehensive connectivity, the "Com.G@te DIGITAL" with the most important digital interfaces is included as standard. Analogue interfaces can be retrofitted via the optional "Com.G@te PLUS". The Unistat technology also offers impressive economic benefits with minimised operating costs and an efficient energy management. Another advantage is the increased durability of the temperature control fluid.
