Green beans separator UBR

Hughes Equipment’s UBR (Unsnipped Bean Remover) is designed to capture and remove any remaining stalks or unsnipped green beans or wax beans from the product flow after going through a snipper in food processing plants. Unsnipped bean ends are caught in the louvers of the upward rotational movement machine and then carried toward a rotating paddle wheel that disengages the caught beans and stems and drops them into a discharge shaker.
