Zinc Carbon Battery Materials Zinc Carbon Battery Sealant TD-01 Series Description: The TD Series battery sealant is a kind of Polyisobetene based paste liquid, non-flammable, free of solvent, environment friendly and harmless to humans. It is certified to conform to RoHS and REACH requirements. The sealant has good temperature tolerance – not getting hardened at the temperature of -40℃, and not getting flowing or squeezed out at the temperature of 70℃ - hence it maintains a stable and long-lasting viscosity. Further, as it does not contain solvent, the sealant would not be delaminated from the battery components due to solvent volatilization, so it provides better sealability and helps improve the shelf life of battery products. Packing: 15KGS per Metal Drum. Storage: In dry, cool and ventilated location. Keep away from sunshine, fire, heat and strong oxidizer. Usage: 1. For zinc-carbon battery sealing. 2.Sealing machine should be equipped with heating function. 3.No other substances should be added into the sealant before use.
