HBR 204: micropiles and ground anchors drilling rig Hütte HBR 204 is a hydraulic drilling rig for micropiles and ground anchor. It is also particularly suited for soil drilling and soil investigation, slope stabilization and geotechnical drilling. The drill rig for micropiles was developed from the original design of the HBR 205 to ensure Hütte costumers high efficiency and productivity levels on site in a smaller and lighter package.The HBR 204 has a high maximum rotary head torque combined with a powerful crowd and extraction force; the drilling mast and the rotary head stroke of the HBR 204 were engineered to carry as much auger as possible. The drilling rig incorporates the latest diesel technology, meeting the strict emissions regulations in all the markets. The smart power management and the full load sensing hydraulic system allows an intelligent engine power management to improve performance of the machinery and reduce fuel consumption.
