Description

HYDRA drill production includes 2 models of standard heads ranging from 16000 to 24000 kgm. The heads are complete with supporting structural work, double joint for application to the excavator and square outfeed shaft for bit connection. A vast range of bits is available with standard or on request diameters, for alluvial or rocky terrain. These are made up of a double spiral and replaceable teeth, with reinforced components for the rock versions. Extensions complete with propeller can also be applied, which are rapidly attachable using a hexagonal coupling. Example: Speed of shaft exit with 500 L/min 44 rpm in rapid mode 23 rpm in slow mode Automatic speed variator according to torque HYDRAULIC BORING TOOLS - MINI, MAXI, MEGA SERIES Our range of escavator drills is formed by: • 5 models of standard heads from 120 to 500 kgm (Serie Mini) • 7 models of standard heads from 1000 to 12000 kgm (Serie Maxi) • 2 models of standard heads from 16000 to 24000 kgm (Serie Mega) Every head is equipped with a steel frame, double articulation for the installation on the escavator and hexagonal coupling for the installation of tips. We produce a range of tips of standard diameter or on request. They are available for alluvial soils or rocky soils. All the tips consist of a double steel spiral and replaceable teeth with stronger components on rock version. It is also possible to add extensions for the tips that can be easily installed with a hexagonal coupling.
