A screw-in, cartridge type, pilot-operated hydraulic check valve, which can be applied for unidirectional blocking or load holding circuits.
HPC10 allows flow from ② to ③, while blocking flow from the opposite direction. When the sufficient pressure is applied at ①, the fluid can flow from ③ to ②. The pilot ratio for this type of valve is 3:1, which means that the valve cannot be opened until at least 1/3 of the load pressure of ③ is applied at ① . Under the static or no-load conditions, the valve is spring-biased to assure holding. A sealed pilot piston optional is available. Provide customized based-spring. Please contact customer service.
