A screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve, applied as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuits requiring fast respond and low hysteresis. Operation The HRV09-P0 blocks flow from ①to② until sufficient pressure at ① is applied at ➀ to force the poppet from its seat. The HRV09-P0 responds fast to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits requiring low internal leakage. *Note: Back pressure at ② will increase pilot pressure required at ① to shift, at a ratio of 1:1. The RV08-0 may be used in cross-over relief applications (back pressure on ②) with the use of the “C” double back-up ring seal option. Features Fast and smooth response to pressure changes. Positive stops prevent springs from going solid. Compact size. Adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve. Industry common cavity. Hardened poppet and cage for long life. Unique poppet structure designed to improve the pressure stability.
