Description

Slenoid operated, 3-way, direct-acting, spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Operation When de-energized, SV08-230 allows the fluid to flow from ② to ① , while blocking flow at ③. When energized, the cartridge spool shifts to connect the flow from ③ to ② , while blocking flow at ① . While port ➀ may be fully pressurized, it is not intended to be used as the inlet. Features Hardened seat for long life and low leakage. Efficient wet-armature construction. Zn-Zi plating, Anti-corrosion: C4H Spring lock nut for coil. Industry common cavity. Coil duty rating: Continuous from 85% to 115% of nominal voltage Response time: First indication of change of state with 100% voltage supplied at 80% of normal flow rating, energized: 22 ms; de-energized:15 ms Coil models: SCO113-DC12, SCO113-DC24 Minimum pull-in voltage: 85% of nominal at 207 bar (3000 psi) Filtration: See Chart 1 Fluid: Mineral based or synthetics with lubricating properties at viscosities of 7.4~420 cSt (50-2000 ssu) Installation: No restriction Cavity: V08-3 Cavity tool: T/H08-3RC-T-G (Rough), T/H08-3FM-T-G (Finishing) Seat kit:SK08-3X-N/V/P
