Description

Dual Pressure compensated Flow Control Valves can provide pressure compensation and flow control in two lines, with the flow being controlled in priority. Ideal for various applications where pressure compensated speed control of an actuator in both directions is required. These controls offer meter in priority flow control with relief protection in both directions. Designed to accept a high input flow, A flow restrictor with pressure compensator limit the maximum priority flow supplied to the actuator regardless of load variations. Excess flow is returned to tank via the opposite line. A relief valve sensing on each priority output and relieving to the opposite line provides system relief protection. The check valves on each side of the circuit allow return flow from the actuator to pass back to tank with minimal loss. The valves can be applied in agricultural, engineering machinery and equipment。 OPERATION & FEATRUES In the steady condition, when the flow enters from the oil port VA (VB) through the oil port MA (MB) to the actuator, and the excess flow will return to the oil tank through the check valve via the oil port VB (VA). When the outlet MA (MB) pressure increases, the inlet pressure of the throttle valve increases, and the gap of the relief valve also increases, thus shunt excess flow and reducing the MA (MB) port pressure. When the outlet MA (MB) pressure decreases, the inlet pressure of the throttle valve decreases, and the gap of the relief valve also decreases, so to reduce the flow of the shunt until it is closed, increase the MA (MB) port pressure
