To a great extent, the 906E and 908E are completely identical machines with a strong state of the art Cummins QSB 4.5 stage 3b engine and a rubber-suspended cabin. The rubber-suspension reduce vibration which contributes to a comfortable and productive working environment throughout a long working day. As standard models the machines construction and specifications are identical except for the technology used for the excavator arm. The 906E excavator arm - dig wider! The E-Series is available with or without Hydrema’s unique side shifting of the excavator arm. On the 906E the excavator arm can be side shifted hydraulically by 1.6 m. This feature is giving the machine an impressive digging range of 280° - which by the way is the largest on the market... So if you are parked in a slightly odd angle, you can still work efficently without having to manoeuvre the entire machine.
