Description
1. This is an upgraded version of a hydraulic piston sausage filler, capable of exerting 94kN force. This system can effectively work with dense minced meat at temperatures as low as -4°C.
2. Remote control offers the operator flexibility during the tray extension process under the nozzles, enhancing workflow efficiency.
3.Our system comes with a variety of applications, ranging from 26 nozzles (8mm-20mm in diameter) to dense attachments with thickness from 3mm. Following this, it can be cut into straws using a Bizzerbo tenderizer.
4.A set of sausage tubes allows you to diversify your production and manufacture structured sausages.
5.Features an adjustable overhead rack for mesh tray placement, adding convenience and operational ease.
6.The system is entirely disassemblable, with a cleaning time of just 15 minutes.
