Description

A streamlined solution for your snack production needs, designed to be operated by two operators. With a production capacity of up to 2 trays per minute, this system efficiently combines several operations into one seamless process. One operator manually places the tray on the conveyor belt, while the filling is applied automatically and another operator retrieves the filled tray and places it in the cart. Description 1. The heart of the system is a gear-based filler GF100 with an open hopper, capable of holding up to 100 liters. 2. Our system comes with a set of 24 nozzles, each with a 10mm diameter. These transform your meat into appetizing grounded meat stick snacks (kabanosy) without the need for casings. The system also features an integrated cutting blade, adjustable to create snacks of varying lengths – from 100mm to 1000mm – providing you with considerable flexibility in product design. 3. Our conveyor system automates the filling process: as the tray moves under the 24 nozzles, the minced meat begins to fill from the tray’s start. Fine-tune your parameters with the LCD display, enabling precise control over the production process. 4. The system is designed for manual tray feeding from the trolley and reverse loading of filled trays. 5.This system is flexible and adaptable to your current operation; it does not come with trays but can utilize yours, provided they meet specific criteria: trays should be up to 600mm wide with a meshes size up to 8x8mm.
