Description
1. At the core of the system is a gear-based filling machine GF100, featuring an open 100-liter hopper that functions like a pump.
2. The system boasts the capacity to accommodate up to 24 lanes and diameters exceeding 8mm, offering you the flexibility to create a diverse array of snack types. It shapes ground meat into mini-salamis forms without casings and cuts them to your desired lengths, ranging from 100mm to 900mm. Precision separation at the outlet is achieved through blade cutting, ensuring uniform snack size and presentation.
3.An integral part of the system is the automatic two-tier conveyor with a lift. As the tray passes under the 24 nozzles, filling starts at the beginning of the tray. Then is automatically cut and lowered to the lower tier. Fine parameter adjustments are possible via the LCD display, granting you complete control over the production process.
4.The system includes robotic tray feeding from the trolley and reverse loading of filled trays. The robot retrieves trays from one half of the trolley, which then rotates 180 degrees automatically, allowing the robot to process the other half. This intelligent design maximizes efficiency while reducing labor costs.
