We offer a test drive service at the client’s production facility and commissioning works (we bring the syringe, set it up, and test it with the client’s meat). Designed for sausage stuffing (over 1500kg of ground meat per shift); pâtés, and other fillings. Preserves the structure of the meat (allows for packing the meat as it comes out from the cutter and in chunks); also used in bakeries for filling donuts, buns, etc. Adjustable piston speed. Easy product loading in the 50L hopper, the lid automatically lifts and easily slides off.
Brief technical info: the units are housed in a moisture-resistant stainless steel casing; 1.5 kW motor; max pressure in the hydraulic system up to 200 bar. Hydraulic cylinder rod, hopper, piston, lid — AISI 304 stainless steel. Used in bakeries as a mass dispenser with inclusions up to 30mm in diameter and dense consistencies. A great addition to your enterprise. The package includes three nozzles for sheep, pork casings, and cellulose/collagen casings. The nozzle height is easily adjustable from the floor.
