Power Management IC(PMIC) A power management IC (PMIC) is newly placed in DDR5 modules, eliminating the need for external voltage regulation and enabling more stable power provision to the DRAM. Ease of Replacement, Matched with Faster Speeds Users can easily maintain and replace our SODIMMs in their system, while enjoying the notably faster speeds enabled by DDR5 memory. The 16Gb or 24Gb DDR5-based SODIMM boosts data rates to 5,600Mbps from 3200Mbps on DDR4, with even higher speed specs yet under development.
