UD310 World’s First UFS3.1 with 176-layer NAND Flash SK hynix’s UFS3.1 enables the world’s first smartphones with V7 NAND flash technology. Space-efficient Package UD310 features a package shrink to 11x13mm and lower Z-height of 0.8mm, fitting comfortably in 5G handsets and various mobile devices while heating up less and running more power-efficiently. Substantial Gen-on-Gen Performance Improvement Powered by V7 NAND, our UFS3.1/UFS2.2 realize substantial performance improvements over UFS3.0/UFS2.1.
