The Modular Counter Balance Valve (MSCV) regulates the actuator back pressure during overrunning loads and is utilized for other high-pressure control valve applications. The counterbalance valve functions similarly to a pressure relief valve, managing moving loads and securing them in any position. The set pressure is reduced by the pressure in the inlet flow line. MSCV series valves are available in sizes 02 and 03, with options to control Port A or B.
