Principle Vacuum Drying uses vacuum pump to pump damp air out and make the working chamber form vacuum status. and let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition ,Therefore, the drying speed of raw material is improved and the energy is saved greatly. Because the raw materials load inside the tray (standard tray size :640x460x45mm), so It is static vacuum dryer, the form and structure of material can't be damaged when be dried Notes: The solvent of raw material can be collected by using a condenser. If the solvent is water, the condenser is not required in order to save investment cost. Feature １. Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. 2. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. For the electrical component , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider. 6.The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam. 7. Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.. 8. It belongs to static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.
