The IB970 PICMG 1.0 full-size CPU card is based on the Intel® Q77 Express Chipset, a single-chipset designed to support 3rd generation Intel® Core™ and Pentium® processors that provides improved performance as well as increased bandwidth and stability. Intel® Q77 Express Chipset enables the iGPU function, to support integrated graphic performance with latest Intel® Core™ Processor through IB970’s graphics interfaces for VGA CRT, DVI-D and 24-bit dual channel LVDS displays. The IB970 offers a rich choice of I/O interfaces including six SATA ports (two SATA III and four SATA II), five USB 2.0 and three USB 3.0 for fast data retrieval speed up to 5Gbps, as well as four serial ports for industrial control devices. Two DDR3 DIMM sockets on board offer up to 16GB of system memory. The exceptional performance of IB970 makes it a suitable computing platform for demanding industrial applications. The board also features IBASE iSMART technology that uses various power saving functions to make systems more energy efficient. Samples are currently available.
