Linear bottle unscrambler BAO

Belt operated Unscrambler for small/medium users – From 2,000bph up to 12,000bph output system These linear unscramblers allow plastic bottles to be sorted and stood upright before reaching the filling line. These machine operate with great simplicity, efficiency, and minimal maintenance. They are suitable for a large variety of bottle shapes and sizes. Machine is equipped with electronic steering which guarantees a perfect synchronization with the filling line as well as allowing for modification of the machine parameters. Optional equipment: 1. Bottle hopper 2m³ or 4m³ An integrated feed hopper acts as in-line buffer – ensures that high line efficiencies are maintained if a downstream machine stops production. The bottle hopper stores bottle which prevents the production line from overloading and disruption. 2. Set of parts for changing bottle format. By using sets of parts for changing format you can easily use the machine for different types of bottles. 3. Housing made of stainless steel In the standard version all main parts are made from stainless steel – frames, cabinets, contact parts etc. 4. BAO –Bottle Axial Orientation Module (see video on this page on the right side) BAO machine is designed to orient bottles coming out of an unscrambler as bottles leave the unscrambler randomly oriented. The machine allows orientating asymmetrical bottles – needed for example for oval shapes or bottles with handles or trigger style bottles.
