Introduction
Bimetallic bearings(welding type), made of low carbon steel as base material, are produced by the process of being sintered tin bronze CuPb10Sn10 powder as layer and welded with washer. They are widely used in the applications of idle roller, truck roller and carrier roller due to the advantages of good wear resistance and good load capacity.
