Steel ( DIN-St12|ASTM-A366/A366M-97|JIS-SPCC ) +
Bronze ( CuFeNi ) +
Solid Lubricant ( MoS2 + Graphite )
Introduction
Self-lubricating bimetallic wear plates(steel/CuFeNi),made of low carbon steel as base material, are produced by the process of being sintered nickel iron bronze CuFeNi powder which distributed solid lubrication as layer. They are in conformity with the European RoHS environmental protection standards and widely used in the applications of mold and metallurgy due to the advantages of low friction coefficient, good self-lubricating, good corrosion resistance, high working temperature and good load capacity.
