Oven specifically designed for the automotive industry. It performs the heating treatments of small electric motors, by rising the temperature up to 120°C, cooling them down completely and finally reinserting them in the automatic production line with ambient temperature. The pallets' load, unload and movement are possible thanks to fully automated robots. To keep the foot-print to the lowest, the oven has been designed on two levels: the second level performs the heating, whereas the first one is for chilling them before reinserting them in the automatic production line. Main applications: recirculating pumps, windshield wipers motors, alternators, etc. Since this type of oven is usually "tailor-made", we are more than pleased to hear your requirements in order to submit a personalized offer.
