PERFECT SIZE FOR SCALABILITY The inner diameter of the vessel is 340 mm. Bigger than other 300-liter machines of the market. It uses big baskets to improve the efficiency of the system, 2 of them fill the vessel. Higher diameter and longer baskets make them easier to fill and you put more product inside each cycle. The pumps have been designed in modules of 90 kW each, you choose the number of modules in the beginning. You can start with a single pump and buy more later should you need them. TWO STAGE PUMPING IDUS's 300L machine is using two types of commercial american-made pressure intensifiers. A first 4000-bar set of intensifiers raise the pressure up to 3600-3900 bar, and then a set of 6000-bar intensifiers go on up to the 6000-bar goal. All of them standard intensifiers made by specialists. 4000-bar intensifiers have a much better performance than 6000-bar intensifiers when working at lower pressure, and their maintenance cost is way cheaper.
