TCA200/201 is a periodic signals display. These ones can be generated in automation areas or in engineering processes. It is used to display and / or control frequency, rotation speed, etc. 5-dígit visualisation Direct signal or external sensor input Two signal inputs with filters, up to 1 KHz and 50 KHz Two independent relay outputs Visualisation The display shows a value in a 5-digit format up to 99999 with 2 alarm LED indicators. It has 2 frequency inputs with filters, up to 1 KHz or 50 KHz (depending on the signal amplitude). When the filter value is exceeded, “0” will be displayed. When 99999 is exceeded, “UP—r” will be displayed. Programmable resolution The visualisation of irregular periodic signals can be stabilised by programming. The integrating factor, which is used to regulate the time the display makes the average of the measurements taken, can be configured in step 22. The position of the decimal point can be configured without the measurement being affected. Functions It can work with frequency meter (Hz) or rpm direct functions (without programming conversion) or with direct or reverse tachometer functions. In the direct tachometer mode, when the frequency of the signal increases, the visualization increases, and in the reverse tachometer mode when the frequency increases, the visualization decreases. Relays The versions with relays has 2 independent outputs (alarms). One of them is switched on and the other one is normally open. Their activation / deactivation can be configured in different ways.
