The ATEXON spark detection and fire extinguishing system by IEP Technologies is designed to reduce the risk of ignition sources as conveyed burning embers from entering hazardous areas such as silos and filters which can then lead to consequential dust explosions. The Atexon range of spark detectors are extremely reliable, fast, sensitive and designed to detect ignition sources in milliseconds and to initiate water extinguishing. The extinguishing process normally lasts for 5 seconds and stops automatically.
