The ILLIG-developed pass-through punch press IC-STAL 90 has a unique horizontal design that ensures that the formed parts are perfectly punched out of the material web, which are then immediately stacked and discharged from the machine. The servo-driven punch operation ensures smooth and accurate operation with an index length accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The stress-free shearing-cut punching tool, the smooth operation and its smart machine control result in a very high punching precision and repeat accuracy at up to 145 cycles per minute.
