Description
IMA Magnetic plates are designed for removing ferrous material from less contaminated product types, for refining different products (especially in the food industry) and for protecting mills, and in general, all types of machinery.
Ferrite magnet quality: Is used for attracting particles of larger size: screws, washers, wires, etc.
Neodymium magnet quality: Thanks to its higher magnetic strength, these types of plates can detect a great variety of particles, no matter how small they are.
Format:
These plates are made with a steel profile in order to ensure a broad construction and flexible installation possibilities. The magnets are totally protected in a stainless steel box. The surface in contact with the material that circulates is resistant to damage.
Remarks:
These magnetic plates do not consume energy and do not need auxiliary equipment. Maintenance is limited to proper cleansing routine: removal of debris attracted.
