Neodymium blocks are a class of permanent magnets which are made of an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron. These magnets have a high coercivity and a high remanence.
The magnetisation, i.e. the north and south poles of the magnet are located on the two largest surfaces of the neodymium block.
Neodymium blocks have a high adhesive holding force due to neodymium which is the latest generation of rare earths with a high magnetisation.
Neodymium magnets in block form are used due to their high magnetic properties in different industrial sectors such as: in automotive, electronics and advertising; more specifically in motors, hospital machines, car sensors, among others.
Format:
Neodymium blocks are delivered with a nickel-plated coating in consequence of their low resistance to corrosion and external factors. The larger the area of the pole face, the stronger the attraction of the magnet.
Maximum working temperature:
The standard working temperature is 80°C. For higher working temperatures, please contact our sales department.
