Robotic Palletizing and packaging line

The picture presents one of the packaging machines that composed the packaging line. Complete packaging system for furniture fasteners, including weighing machine MCWS4, case erector and case sealer, labeller and palletizer robot. The product is accurately dosed by weighing and counting and poured into the box. Boxes are labelled and picked up by the palletizer robot that arranges them on the pallet. The head of the robot can also pick up cardboard sheets to separate the layers from each other.
