This flexible and high performing solution combines single cross fold converting with four-side-seal flow wrapping. Flow-wrapper - Single lower reel-holder unit, with pneumatic block. - Longitudinal sealing unit adjustabe in width with 3 units of feeding wheels and film sealing. - Rotating sealing jaws unit. - Outfeed belt for finished products. Soaking system - Two individual soaking tanks equipped with doser pump and liquid level control. - Two couple of squeezing cylinder for adjustable pressure of tissue, for tissue feeding into the soaing tanks and for removal of excess liquid at exit. - Wipes cutting unit with adjustable knife. - Belts unit for wipes transfer on the lower film of the packaging machine.
