The semiautomatic hydraulic maxi line is noted for its sophisticated sawing technology and excellent performance in special steel cutting. The device is integrated with an electrowelded structure and steel sawframe, so the cutting procedure will be excellent and with less noise and vibration. A noted feature of the system is its oleodynamic motor, which makes use of rollers for positioning the material. Excellent cutting capabilities and precision is further enhanced with the finely ground TCT blade, hydraulically tensioned. A hydraulic cylinder is used to tension the sawblade; this can also be controlled with a machine software. The hydraulic unit also features a variable capacity pump, and pressure reducer. The software can compare the blade stress with the previously set parameters while the device on its cutting cycle, thereby detecting any problems.
