Cake production line KRL

This machine from the Koral model series was designed and developed by IMPAC engineers in order to provide a comprehensive economic solution for a substantial increase in efficiency in layer-cake production. This unique machine for layer cakes production is based on manual work-efficiency as it enables a single worker to produce several cakes in one go. To be more specific- this machine enables the production of up to 8 round cakes per minute with only one worker! It is easy to program the number of desired layers and the thickness of each one, via a touch-screen interface, so that during the spreading of the cream, the machine will determine the height and thickness of each layer according to what was defined in advance – the operator of the machine only needs to spread the cream over the top of a number of cakes simultaneously. The result? Perfect cakes with unified layers of frosting - smooth and even.
