This semi automatic meringue depositor was designed for the purpose of decorating cakes and for meringue plate's production. The unique depositing head, designed by our experienced team of engineers, is allowing clean and precise depositing results. The machine is easy to operate and can be easily dismantled for daily wash. The PFB versatile platform can also be used for depositing muffins and cakes batter or even as an injection unit for injecting cream into pastries. The injection unit, developed in our factory, enables an accurate and clean process.
