SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY Semi-Auto Unload This SC device has been studied to interface with a complete automatic end of production line, in order to avoid the human touch on the finished reels, that most of the time are used in the food industry. This unloader simply rotate 90° to receive the finished reels from the slitter equipped with an automatic reel extractor. Once the reels have been received, it rotates again towards an anthropomorphic robot and pushes the reels 2 by 2, so that the robot can collect and place them on conveyor belt for automatic packaging.
